Our Safety Initiative

Metal fabricators are accredited professionals who do a hard job well, despite potential risks. Every day, our welders, fitters, and fabricators are on the lookout for unsafe elements in order to continue Impact Industrial’s company-wide goal of zero incidents.
We understand that everyone – from apprentices to management - shares motivation for creating a culture of safe work at Impact Industrial, both on-site and in the field. We commit that our employees and their families, our clients and stakeholders, and members of our community can take personal action to make sure their work environment is safe and that these actions are evident to everyone who visits our facility. We provide opportunities to keep our employees working safely, on-site, off-site, at home, and during their commute.
Health & Safety Program Certification
Impact Industrial proudly maintains updated COR Certification from year to year. We continue to find ways to improve our safe culture of work through leadership and communication through all employee and management groups.
Worker’s Compensation
Impact Industrial is committed to helping our employees through the no-fault accident coverage provided for the WCB in order to ensure that if subject to a work-related injury, all parties are compensated in a fair and equitable manner through the Workers’ Compensation Act. Accurately reporting accidents means that industry-wide improvements to health and safety can occur..
